Top Virtual Fitness Programs in Norway: Q1 2023 Performance

In the first quarter of 2023, the top five virtual fitness programs in Norway displayed a range of performance metrics across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their trends:

Strava: Run, Bike, Hike saw weekly revenue fluctuations, starting at around $36.5K and peaking at $50.1K by the end of March. Downloads experienced a mid-quarter peak of 1.8K in the last week of February, while active users remained relatively stable, hovering between 43K and 47K.

Fitbit: Health & Fitness had a noticeable increase in weekly revenue in late March, reaching $20.9K. Downloads, however, showed a downward trend, starting the quarter at 2.6K and dropping to around 595 by the end of March. Active users saw a slight decline from 61.3K to 57.2K throughout the quarter.

Zwift: Ride and Run maintained fairly stable weekly revenue, with a peak of $11.6K in late February. Weekly downloads decreased from 257 at the start to 123 by the end of the quarter. Active users fluctuated slightly, mostly staying in the 1.2K to 1.4K range.

Yoga-Go: Workout & Exercises experienced a significant drop in weekly downloads early in the quarter but showed gradual recovery, reaching 895 by the end of March. Revenue fluctuated, peaking at $15.5K in early January and ending the quarter at $5.4K. Active users followed a similar pattern, dropping from 7K to around 1.7K.

Sweat: Fitness App For Women had a varied revenue trend, peaking at $6.1K in early January and stabilizing around $3K by the end of March. Downloads and active users remained relatively low and stable, with downloads around 40 to 99 and active users around 200 to 275.
